Lisa Hannigan is a critically acclaimed Irish Singer Songwriter. She released her first solo album in 2008 “Sea Sew”. Sea Sew went double platinum and was nominated for the Choice Music Prize and Mercury Prize in the UK. This album saw Hannigan perform on the likes of ‘Later…With Jools Holland’, ‘The Late Late Show , ‘‘The Tonight Show With Jay Leno’ and ‘The Colbert Report’.
Lisa’s released her second album, ‘Passenger’ in 2011. Hannigan has found truly found her own voice onthis album and has come a long way from the days as the beautiful, breathy accompaniment to Damien Rice, with whom she sang and toured for seven years.
Lisa is looking forward to a bright 2012 and will be performing on the festival circuit.
