Túcan are a unique band from Ireland who have created their own fusion of traditional and modern dance music, resulting in a sound that is suitable for any style of festival. To this end they recorded the Factory Sessions, a series of eight live videos of interpretations of classic dance tracks as well as some of their own original tunes. The release has been focused intensively on online mediums such as Youtube, iTunes etc with a heavy promotion aspect aimed at social networking sites. The result is that Túcan are one of the most popular and dynamic live bands in the country. They also have huge festival experience too, having played the Electric Picnic every year since 2007.
